First Visit

Your first visit is a very important event for you. It marks your first step toward a healthier, slimmer you. This visit gives our physician and medical team the opportunity to create your personalized weight loss program and establish a working relationship of support and follow-through.

During this visit you will have an initial health assessment which includes:

• Medical History                                 
• Comprehensive Blood Panel
• EKG Reading

• Physical Exam

During this visit you will receive:

Your total cost for this initial one-hour visit is $190 and includes all of the above. Your next visit will be scheduled for the following week, with weekly check-ins thereafter, to help monitor your success and make modifications as needed to keep you on target. Other additional pharmaceutical-grade vitamins and supplements may also be purchased at any visit.
